Transport information

General conditions of transport and payment
1.1 Our prices on our list and offers are net prices, VAT and transport cost are not included.
1.2 There might be small differences in quantity and quality due to the production technology
1.3 In case of ordering a sample it will be billed and cannot be returned
1.4 Our partner accepts that the balloons painted by us can be used as a reference by Lufi Expressz LTD.

Payment conditions
2.1 Our regular clients has option of money transfer up to 8 days after the purchase
2.2 In case of late payment we will charge you with interest of late payment

Transport conditions
3.1 Transport cost is paid by the customer
3.2 Prices are valid in case of takeover in our store or other establishment
3.3 Finished balloons are transported to any place of Europe by courier service, transport may take up to 4 days

Complaints
4.1 Written complaints are accepted within 8 days of taking over the product

Other provisions
5.1 Products are properties of Lufi Expressz LTD. until complete payment is received
5.2 In case of disputes Székesfehérvár City Court is the competent authority
5.3 By placing order, our customer accepts the conditions above
